We offer a lot of choices and we want to make sure you receive exactly what you want. We have found that the easiest and most efficient way to insure a correct order is to speak to our customers on the phone . We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. If you have any concerns about the color of an item, please call us or email us and we will send you printed picture of the item. Please note that since rattan is a wood product, there is some natural variation in the color of finishes and stainability. Further, fabrics can vary slightly due to different die lots. When ordering, it is best to order all the desired items at once, rather than adding matching pieces at a later time. |
When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email. Please click on the link in the email to review and confirm your order. After we receive your confirmation you will have three business days to change or cancel your order. After this time orders may not be changed or canceled.

Ordering Time In Stock items usually ship in 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order. Special Order or Custom Items can vary widely depending on the manufacturer, items ordered, and the season of the year. Call us and we will give you the most current ship time information. Transit Time Since most of our items ship via truck freight, transit time is also a factor in when you will receive your order. Transit times vary throughout the year and depend on point-of-destination. Call us and we give you an estimate of transit time. |
PAYMENT
Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), personal/business check, money order, wire transfer and Pay Pal. Purchases made by personal/business check may qualify for a discount - please call for details.
All Pay Pal payments must be made from users with Verified Pay Pal accounts. Merchandise paid for by credit card can ONLY be shipped to the card holder's billing address and cannot exceed five thousand dollars. To add another valid shipping address to your account, call your credit card company, or call us for help.
Special Order Items: Items not in stock or items that are custom require a deposit of 50% to place an order. The balance of the total purchase price must be paid before shipment to the customer.
SHIPPING
Suburban Leisure Center does not ship to post office boxes or AFP.
Shipping rates can vary widely depending on the geographic area and level of delivery service provided. In order to find the best rates and the best service for our customers, Suburban Leisure Center utilizes a number of different freight carriers. After your order has been placed, we can provide you with a freight quote and an estimated time of arrival.

STANDARD TRUCK FREIGHT DELIVERY: Your merchandise will be delivered by truck to your chosen destination. The trucker will customarily "tailgate" the merchandise (move it to the rear "tailgate" of the truck). You may request the trucker's assistance in unloading it, but this "assistance" is neither required nor guaranteed. It is not the trucker's responsibility to unload your merchandise from the truck. Further, the trucker generally will not help you move your merchandise from the curbside. The shippers will contact you via phone at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery to be sure you will be home to accept your purchase. Someone authorized will need to sign for your order. Deliveries
are made Monday through Friday during
regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., local time. If you are not
available, the trucking company will
continue to call.

RETURNS , CANCELLATIONS, and REFUNDS
If there is a problem with your order, please call us 1-800-476-8514. If we made the error, it will be corrected at no expense to you. No returns shall be accepted unless you call us first and receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" form and number.

RETURNS IN STOCK ITEMS may be returned for up to 15 days from the date of delivery and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in new perfect saleable condition, with all packing materials including the original box. Shipping is not refundable. SPECIAL ORDER OR CUSTOM ITEMS are not returnable and there are no cancellations, no returns, and no exchanges except in the case of our shipping and handling errors which will be corrected at no expense to you. CANCELLATIONS REFUNDS Refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on any merchandise we agree to accept back for return. You are responsible for all charges incurred returning unwanted items as well as the freight charges for the original shipment and the freight charges for the returned items.

WARRANTY
Items for sale on this site may be warranted by the manufacturer. Such warranty is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to the item and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any kind. Any other representations, warranties, or guarantees made by any person are unauthorized and are not binding upon company.
